How Does it Work?

• Linden Care's Medicine-On-Time system is a customized labeled pill cup expertly prepared by our pharmacists.
  
  
• Each safety-sealed cup holds all the pills that need to be taken at a particular time.
  
  
• Individual pill cups are placed in color coded calendar cards which correspond to the time of day the pills need to be taken. Yellow cards contain morning pills, white cards for the afternoon, blue cards for the night, orange cards as needed.
  
  
• We monitor the course of medications and automatically refill and deliver new cards to the patient's home fast and free.
